Exchange Policy – MareaViva Boutique
At MareaViva Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under the following strict conditions:
1. Request timeframe
Exchange requests must be made within 7 business days from the date the order is received.
2. Product conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all the following requirements:
- Must not be worn, washed, or altered
- Must be in perfect condition, free of stains, odors, or damage
- Must have all original tags attached
- Must have the original hygienic liner intact and not removed
3. Exchange process
To request an exchange, please contact us via our official email or WhatsApp, including:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the item (if necessary)
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, unless the error was made by the store.
4. Exchange options
- Exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to availability)
- Exchange for another item of equal or greater value (paying the difference if applicable)
- Store credit for future purchases (valid for 30 days only)
5. Non-eligible items
- Items on sale or marked as “Final Sale”
- Jewelry
- Items that do not meet the conditions stated above
6. Inspection and approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. MareaViva Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not comply with this policy. We appreciate your understanding and support. These measures help us ensure the quality and hygiene of every piece.
